Name:
Susannah Frey
Age:
22
Physical Appearance:
Susannah is of average height with red hair and deep blue eyes. There are dimples on her cheeks when she smiles - which is something that happens very often. She is thin but not too skinny. Her skin is pale and nearly unblemished which shows the great deal of care she takes to wear gloves and hats whenever out in the sun.
Strengths:
Enthusiastic, Friendly, charming
Weaknesses:
Naive, Intolerant, Selfish
Background: Susannah and her family have lived in the colony of New York for several generations. Her grandfather even claimed to have been able to trace their ancestors to the Mayflower. There was no actual proof of that, something that they all knew, but it was something that they denied as the existence of said ancestor was a matter of pride. The Frey's were one of the first families; therefore, they were one of the best.
Her father was a very successful merchant. Since she was a small child Susannah was fascinated by the tall ships that would sit in the harbor filled with all sorts of wonders after sailing across dangerous and exciting seas and, perhaps, even fighting with pirates. Her father would often take her to see those ships though she had never been on one.
The Frey's were wealthy by American standards. Their house was large. They had servants to wait on them. Susannah wore the latest fashions - though perhaps delayed by a month from those worn in France and England. She went to parties. She socialized with the other elite. And soon she would marry and live happily ever after.
But then war broke out.
Her parents were Loyalists. They had too much to lose to risk being anything but King George's subjects.
Susannah, however, doesn't care one way or another. She finds politics boring. War is depressing. And the only thing on her mind was the question of how it would affect her. She would be willing to back any side that will let her keep her dresses and parties and happily ever after.
