Jack and Sally have seen better days, and everyone in Halloween Town is all grown up. Theres a new mayor in town, and Oogie-Boogie isn’t much of a scare now that he’s stuck in a walker. Fear not though; because their children still live on to keep tradition alive and well. It’s the next generations turn to form how they want to take Halloween by storm, and how they plan to twist the holiday.
Halloween Town isn't as innocent as it once was however. Crime is on the rise and over the past couple of years two prominent rival gangs have emerged from the shadows; The Constrictors and The Predators. One specializes in human trafficking while the other focuses on the creation and exportation of illegal substances. Let's not forget The Nosferatu's, a new up-and-coming force to be reckoned with who have quickly made enemies with both the Constrictors and the Predators. Gang violence is high in Halloween Town, and now it's a matter of survival.
The question is who are you related to? The wolfman? The hanging tree or his hanging men? Maybe you’re Jack and Sallie’s son or daughter? Halloween Town welcomes all ghosts and ghouls as well as immigrants from other Holiday lands. Everyone knows after all, Halloween is the best holiday around!
