(Reverend)
Gideon Warnes
Background
Gideon comes from a very religious background. His father, grandfather, great-grandfather, etc. were Presbyterian ministers. So it was only natural that he also became one. However, it wasn't by choice.
Gideon is not a typical preacher. He believes in God but he despises him. The majority of his sermons are made up on the spot as he couldn't be bothered to spend any time on them. He dislikes half the people he preaches to. But he loves money, so he continues to do his job. He loves women. And as he has learned that being a minister and being expected to provide guidance and comfort opens more doors to a woman's heart, he uses it to his advantage. He also loves a good drink and has delivered more than one sermon entirely drunk – which he finds funny.

Friends
This is a difficult one. He may be easy to handle in small doses. Outwardly, he is a Presbyterian minister. He is charming and likable. But he is often drunk. He has broken up more than one marriage on purpose (by way of bad advice) for the sole reason to bed the wife. He is entirely unscrupulous and his sense of right and wrong is often a little skewed.
But, deep down, there is a good side to him. He's had a lonely childhood with only one friend who died young so he does not express his feelings well (or at all). There is a good heart to him (I swear there is) but it would take someone very patient to bring it out.
He may not have friends now but he will be needing some soon.

Enemies
These will be more common. This category can contain: those who truly believe in God, women who became a little bit too attached, husbands of those women, and anyone turned off by his selfish, immoral behavior.

Lovers
Nothing serious, at least not at first. Gideon loves women. He will use the whole "Reverend" thing to pick up women. I am sure, however, that someday he will have a "one night stand" with some woman and find himself having fallen in love with her. He will be quite shocked when it does happen.
